Haha, this is my fear and it's a risk you take when you try to experiment with IP packets. I tried to make a tomato sauce out of the tomato basil soup by blending in cauliflower and mushrooms to thicken it up. NOPE! Don't do it. I tried to power through and eat it but I just couldn't do it. I was ok with losing that $4.

With Quest you have to really watch the wide variations in different aspects of the nutrition... The Vanilla Almond Crunch has 80 calories from fat which makes it quite a bit higher than 30%. Calories are 180 and I use a quick multiply to see if it's under 30%... 80 x 3 = 240 which tells me it is more than 30% if the calories. Just worth considering... (Your menu looks on the low side of fats so that really helps!)

For your lunch "packet" 1 whole egg and three whites would be the most appropriate replacement for packet. (I often use this for bfast or lunch instead of an omelet packet!)

AZlinda: I'm counting 3 tablespoons of oil in your menu...is that correct? The serving per day is supposed to be 1-2 teaspoons.

Just checking on you!

Kelly...

Are you having only 3 packs? I think the diet would allow for 4. Just making sure you're getting enough so your body is nourished...

I'm going to stop at walmart on my way home and pick up some RTD EAS carb control. My coach is on vacation this week so I had to purchase two weeks of food last week and I just didn't have the money for 14 extra drinks. :-( but you're right that would help!! Ty
