    I have Prairie Naturals Vanilla Brown Rice protein powder. Not my favorite... it doesn't blend well & is a little gritty - used it this morning on my cereal (in maintenance). It will do in a pinch, but I prefer Vega Tropic Tango and used it as an alt in P1 through to maint. No soy. Also liked Cacao Kiss RAW protein from Garden of Life - also vegan & no soy (mainly from seeds like hemp, savi, & chia, etc as well as greens) These are all very low in carb, calories, & fat and fit in with P1. All of them are GF and vegan.

    Chicken Verde sounds delicious. How do you make it? Before IP I used to dump Salsa Verde over chicken it was pretty good. Haven't had anything like that since starting IP.
