dark chicken on IP?
 
Is it ok to eat dark chicken in Phase I? My sheet only said (skinless) chicken, but didn't specify if it could only be breast meat? Just ate a drumstick and realizing I should have checked first...

My coach had me come in for my #5 WI today due to the fact she is leaving for New York tomorrow. Today was only day five as I typically weigh in on Tuesdays and I was down 3 lbs! That makes a total of 16.2 lbs which totally made my Mother's Day. She also gave me a free box of food due to having to come in on Mother's Day.
