Thanks for letting me know that you got your products!! I believe they actually work out to be unrestricted. If you go on the Nashua Nutrition website, you can look at the nutritional info for the oatmeal. It is 90 calories and 6 carbs, 15g protein. If you need help finding the info, let me know.

I realized the nutritional information is on the box. I was very surprised the oatmeal is so low compared to ip oatmeal! The choc shake is quite a bit higher....weird!
