Hey may starters! WI week 12 -2.8!
Down 37.7 lbs. Closer and closer to the 50lb mark that I am hoping to hit by the first week of September. Going away a few days in Aug and am trying to plan ahead as I ll be in a hotel for three days ... Any tips for travelling?
If your hotel has a mini fridge you are set... take HB eggs in the shell, lots of sturdy veggies already cut up and prepared, your packets that don't need cooking like puddings, drinks, crisps. You can even take chicken breast precooked and cut into strips. Your fave WF dressings or dips if you use them, and a little squeeze bottle of lemon juice or lime juice. You know, those lemon shaped bottles, lol. Work in a pinch for flavouring water, or putting over salad greens in a restaurant or freshening up your veggie flavour. If your hotel room has a microwave you are really in luck - you can take a glass bowl and do omelette packet or soups. There are travelling on IP/vacation on IP threads here so just take a look a page or three back in the IP thread list and click on them for ideas.
Chinese restaurants are an easy way to go. Just order steamed veggies and chicken or beef than top with soy sauce and chili garlic sauce if you like it.

Today was wk 13 loss was only 1.6 ...a tad confused bc my week was soooo fantastic...super healthy/ controlled eating at the right times etc. I had a new coach today bc mine was out however she said I lost inches in my arms, waist, hips and thigh...sooo I'll take the inches. Down 39.3 ughghg almost 40. Hoping to hit 50 by the beginning of Sept. 4 ...My goal is still another 55 pounds down so I am only halfway to my phase 4 stage but feeling great.
Hi fellow May starters! Today marks 3 months on IP for me. I'm down 40 lbs and I'm wearing clothes I could only dream of wearing 3 months ago. This week will be a slow one as I'm recovering from minor surgery, but soon I'll be back to 100% and scrawnificating some more. Good golly, I love IP. How are the rest of you doing? I love the way the October starters keep in touch. I hope we can do the same! We're all in this together.
Hello i joined 3fc in May and still learning my way around. .... Slow learner maybe? I started my new lifestyle change and weight loss determination a day after my birthday a girls gotta have birthday cake. I started IP 3 months ago and am down 40 lbs too. I told my husband there is no cheat food out there that is worth eating, I am way to happy with the new shrinking me!!
I hit a snag last week of being extremely weak and tired but used the suggestion of splitting protein between lunch and dinner and feel so much better.
