TMI WARNING! Too much poop
 

Hello,
Since I started IP last Thursday I can't stop pooping and when I do I have to go right away and it comes out really soft (almost liquid) (Sorry, sorry, sorry). I know a lot of people experienced constipation, but has the contrary happened to anyone?

My first week was like that, then I returned to regular, then I got constipated, then back to regular- well not regular but close as I'm going to be OP I suppose.

Its most likely the magnesium... Maybe talk to your coach about taking a little less...

I have had the opposite problem!! How do I go everyday without taking laxatives? Taking magnesium helps?
