I have lost weight in my chest as well, and I am considering having a "lift" when I've lost all the weight I need to lose.
My thighs are also one of my worst areas, and they don't seem to be shrinking at all!

I have been walking 30 minutes 3-4 days a week, so maybe I'm building muscle... I'm hoping that's what it is!
