Very helpful thread. I asked my coach off the bat about whether I could use other vitamins and she gave me the expected purity talk. I think I'm going to figure out some other options for when my first bottles are done.
I absolutely detest fish so the IP Omegas have been extra gross for me. I had one of my cats sniffing around tonight trying to figure out where the small was coming from. Have any Canadians found good online sources? |

Thanks for the bump Ariel13! My vitamins are starting to run out and I need to stock up before moving. Looks like I'll be doing some research in store tonight!;):mag:

THANK YOU THANK YOU karkrazy13 for mentioning Swansons - I just bought all my vitamins there and was shocked at the cost savings!

Thanks for this advice. Once I finish up my first month's supply of IP vitamins, I am going to follow your lead and order from Vitacost. I really appreciate your post!

I have recently begun taking Krill Oil instead of Fish Oil. Has Omega-3 and is supposed to be more beneficial for relieving PMS symptoms (just started taking them a couple of weeks ago so have no clue if it's true :)

Bumping because I'm wondering if others can post their comparable vitamins. I know there are spreadsheets with comparable alternative foods. Does that exist for the vitamins?
