I was thinking how funny that the scales at my IP center are both 2lbs. less than my scale at home. I will have to get on my home scale tomorrow. I forget this is a daily journey, a new way of living. I forget it's not just the number on the scale and then I will be done and happy. I lost 25 lbs last spring proceeded to not go through the phases on IP and of course it all came right back after 6 months. Not this time I am sticking to the protocol. I like that better than saying diet.
Loving hearing of everyone's journey here.

Still here, going to my center on Thursday for weigh in. I had surgery and haven't had a weigh in in a couple weeks.

I went in and removed everyone who hadn't yet participated.
I'll be removing anyone who hasn't participated in the last 4 weeks.

To participate, enter a weight loss for the past week (even if it is zero).

Lots of "joiners" but not "follow-throughers"

Another 5.6lbs this week! So exciting!

I am down a total of 48.6lbs in 7 weeks of IP!

We all have weeks like that, where we have been sooooo good but the scale refuses to reward us... Next week will be better for sure!!!
