great job to everyone ! I was down .8 it,s TOM and I have to stop jogging. I do it for my mental health, but this week I am stoping to see if it speeds things up a bit. 6 lbs in 4 weeks better than nothing.

I am weighing in a day late this week due to Good Friday. I must admit that on this diet I really look forward to weigh ins.

Yesterday was my WI and I was down another 6lbs. I am at a 39.6lbs total for five weeks on plan.

FYI to all: I'm going to make some adjustments this weekend to people who haven't been participating so that we can get an accurate picture of how we're doing as a group. right now it says we are 13% to goal as a group, however, if the folks who weren't participating weren't calculated in, we're at 15%! So, if you want to participate but haven't added any WL at all so far, update your info. (enter a plain number if you've lost and a negative number if you've gained) I won't remove anyone, I'll just adjust goal weight to starting weight, which will calculate a desired WL of 0 New (this week) folks, I know who you are. hello fellow Summer Challengers, so excited that I lost 5lbs this week. I finally listened and stopped exercising and my body responded. I know, I know you all have been saying that. I am a little thick at times. Great job everyone this week. We will be ready for summer !
