Everyone is doing so well! I'm going to be jumping back in the challenge on May 19 when I start my second leg of phase 1. I know I won't lose 25 lbs in the time that's left but I still like joining in
I'll have to check the challenge at where I was on Saturday but from official weigh ins on Monday to today no change... well if you don't count that I gained 3 lbs then lost 3 lbs lol
I figured out that in 8 months + 1 week, I have lost an average of 4 1/2 pounds a week. I weighed in yesterday and my coach told me I have lost a total of 144 pounds. Amazing! I now have 44 pounds left to get to my goal. For the first time ever, I feel like maybe that can actually happen (if I don't get too over-confident).
This summer challenge helps to keep me going. I like number crunching.
I would love to join this! I started IP on May 1st and so far I love it. I miss my cheese though. Bread and pasta too.
But giving up those is so worth seeing the scale go down!
Followed the plan to a T and gained two pounds. This is not good since i have many opportunities this weekend to not follow plan..wedding, guests staying over the long weekend etc...wish me luck! Very discouraged!
