Stanford University handout for the FODMAP diet - still doable for an IP style plan, just maybe not with certain IP products

Useful and fairly easy to comprehend this handout.
Good luck with your IBS. I found mine was related to fibromyalgia and allergy to gluten (not celiac, but I get general respiratory and GI distress along with severe joint pain if gluten-ed even unknowingly in minute amounts).
