Can't tell you for sure. Most important is to move ahead and not let this little slip-up turn into something bigger.

trynagn: I make the potato muffins,

1 packet of potato puree
1 packet sweetener (Equal/Truvia)
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix together.

Add 1 egg white (or 3 T. egg whites in the carton)
6 T. water (if using egg whites in the carton slightly decrease water to 5 1/2 T).

Make sure it really is like batter, if it is too dry add more water. good luck!

Hi all, didn't have a chance to check in after my crazy day yesterday. Jeezum Pete's what a day! I was exhausted.

Saw this photo hanging on our property well coach's door last night on my way out. It struck me as needed..

Love that quote.

I've also heard, and can't quite remember the exact wording, "if you fall down half a flight of stairs, you don't pick yourself up and throw yourself down the other half."

I love the chocolate drink! Either by itself or in my coffee. It just helps me get through days that I'm having cravings or feeling hungry. The premade vanilla drink is good too!

Same! I have the chocolate drink with my coffee every morning. I found that this works best as I typically like milk in my coffee but was very aware that I was going over the allotted 1oz per day.

Check out Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free pancake mix... Low in carb and high in protein. Meets IP alternative stats and can be used instead of a packet (non-restricted). I make it with egg white and water only!

My market carries it in the section with gluten free (it's not GF) and Bob's Red 'ill baking products, not with the other pancake mixes. Be SURE to get sugar free.

I like the IP crispy cereal pancake a tiny bit more, but for the dramatic price difference, I use the Maple Grove and love it with my WF maple or blueberry syrup!!

Hello everyone. I'm new here and all of your knowledge and information has been very much appreciated. My question has do do with supplements. I currently have some IP potassium Calcium and cal-mag but will soon run out. Does any know where you can get these or a reasonable replacement online? Thank you all in advance. This has been a frustrating search.

*sigh* I'm so glad I searched this forum for mood changes, boy, am I feeling it right now. I can't seem to shake off this sadness and anxiety. I'm 4 weeks in, staying 100% OP, and I've noticed a change in my moods. Found the answer, I was looking for, seems like a lot of this is due to estrogen being released from the fat that I am losing. Any one have any suggests, to ease my moods? Or anxiety? I seem to be worrying a lot, even about minor things. How did you cope?

Good Evening, we are getting more snow, yuck!

My favorite IP thing, if I had to pick only one, was Wildberry yogurt, I blend it up with some ice and it gives me that "fruity & yogurt" that I miss.

IntotheEvening, I am so sorry that you are feeling that way. When I felt some of that I told myself it was biological, I drank a lot of herbal teas, and I tried to stay busy. Walking helps too. Also without food as a comfort, we have to come up with strategies to handle our emotions. Hope it gets better for you.
