Ruth Ann, I was wondering why you're only eating 6oz at dinner? Is this just a personal choice or recc from you're coach? Do you think it's helping your losses? I'm wondering if I'm eating too much protein at night...Thanks!

My coach cut me down to 6 oz if I wanted when I lost about 75 lbs (I think). She said at my size and weight I would be fine only eating 6 oz at dinner if I was having problems getting 8 oz in. Some days I eat 8 oz - especially on days I do PT or if I'm especially hungry I'll add a hard boiled egg. I don't think it's effected my losses at all.
B - Muscle Milk 100 RTD, black coffee, tea with milk
L - Romaine salad w/ banana peppers, cukes, broccoli, celery, vinaigrette; EAS cocolate RTD
D - Roast chicken; roasted veggie mix (eggplant, red pepper, red onion)
S - Quest brownie bar
B - chocolate drink mixed with coffee
L - salad with 2c cucumbers; pb bar
D - pork tenderloin; 2c sauerkraut
Sn - chocolate drink warmed with almond extract
B- IP Maple Oatmeal Biscuit (mix 2 packets of oatmeal with 1 egg white and 2 oz water, bake at 400 for 10 mins. save the other half for tomorrow)
L-lettuce with 2 cup steamed broccoli+ mustard/vinegar dressing + IP pudding (made into drink and warmed)
D- lettuce with 1 cup pepper+1 cup cukes+8oz chicken + greek salad dressing (home made)
S-IP Pudding
