I would say yes if you make your own with allowed vegetables and don't exceed the amount of tomato allowed in a week.

One for every 5 pounds lost.

Twice weekly as your tomato allotment. Be sure it doesn't have sugars on the ingredient list, or better yet, make your own.

I make my own and its easy! You'll need plum tomatoes, cilantro, yellow pepper, onions, salt & pepper and white vinegar.

1.11.14. 3rd restart
2.15.14. Under 200lbs
9.17.14 Half way to goal!

I make my own as well, but follow a bruschetta recipe. It's delicious!

I found this great brand of salsa at my local organic supermarket, called Emy's Salsa Aji. It only has like 7 ingredients, all natural, and it has 0g sugar. It's tomatoes, so I use it sparingly, but its soo good!
