Thanks everyone! It really put me in a good mood all day - I was seriously excited!

And I had to laugh at dh yesterday - I brought home my Superbowl t-shirt and he looked at it and said "that's dinky." Well, duh dear! He asked if I thought it would fit so I put it on and he said "hubba, hubba!" He's so cute.

Yay! Whooping and hollering for you too. (The folks in the hotel at 630 am may not love that but, so what!) whoop, whoop!

Thanks vacinnyc! You should have heard me when I weighed in!

schednectady I just realized that all the places near me are dentist offices. Think I will just order from the website too. Don't need them often but handy when I do.

Hi 65! You must have popped in while I was posting!

I did glow all day and did spend some time thinking about how far I've come. So much has changed in the last 9+ months - I have more confidence, I feel better about myself and I have really cute new clothes!

Way to go Ruth Ann

My weight in day was Tuesday, down 11 pounds and 4 1/2" so far.
Onto week # 3.

Question: My coach gave me some samples of the IP herbal tea to try. I loved it, when I went in on Tuesday she said its no longer available

Does anyone know of a similar tasting tea?

I'm sorry I missed this yesterday!! CONGRATULATIONS RUTH-ANN!!! That is incredible and must feel soooo good!

As far as the Ice Chips, I have been using those since the very beginning. Our clinic sells them, along with all of the WF products. I've tried MANY of the flavors...Pina Colada, Wintergreen, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Coffee, Strawberry Daiquiri and Root Beer Float. Love them all and nice to carry in your purse when you want just a taste of something sweet or to use as a mint. My kids love them, too. They're made locally in Yelm, WA but two sweet grandmothers and were featured on the show Shark Tank. One of the sharks did invest in them about a year ago and their business has taken off.

After the mention on here, I ordered a box of 6 online yesterday afternoon. They were here today by 10AM. No shipping charge. Tried the peppermint and waiting to try the root beer. Six different flavors from the Shark Tank assortment. Great story about those grannies.

I would've mentioned them much earlier, but being a newbie, I figured you all knew about them already. Sorry! They're great!

Thanks Jendilly!

I went ahead and ordered some too schenectady - hope my shipping is as fast as yours was! Looking forward to trying more flavors - I have the wintergreen and just love it. My coach did warn me to limit them to 4 or so a day which works for me just fine - I just needed something for the times I can't brush my teeth but want to have presentable breath.

Was thrilled to find asparagus on sale today - down to $1.99 a lb. Hooray! I've been missing asparagus.

Schenectady - I got mine at QFC too, lovely little ones (of course I had to take apart a couple of bundles to get the ones I wanted!). I love asparagus season!

Looking forward to the different flavors of Ice Chips but right now I'm sucking on sugar free cough drops - blasted sinuses are going all kinds of crazy. Lots of herbal tea today for me.

Congrats Ruth Ann and in only 9 months, just Fabulous!

I love asparagus and I have to have it every week, I buy it from the Schwann's man and it is always so tender.

I have to check out these Ice Chips, maybe Wegmans has them
