Are all proteins equal?
Just curious if anyone has noticed greater weight loss depending on what type of protein they have consumed for the week. For example, if you eat poultry for your proteins all week instead of red meat, have you had a more successful weigh-in or does it really matter as long as you are satisfied and staying on program?
