Love the chocolate soy puffs too. Too bad they are restricted. Or maybe that's a good thing! LOL

I also like the puddings and feel having those in the evening is a great sweet treat. I honestly have not felt deprived at all on this diet.

Oh, and I like the salty things too...Dill Zippers, SW Cheese Curls, etc. But since they're restricted, I try to only have 1 or 2 a week.
Jendilly how do you make the banana waffles? Same waffle recipe but use the banana pudding???
Have you tried the chocolate mousse recipe made with cocoa and instant coffee?OMG I'm in chocolate heaven!

Garlic chips, any of the wafers, the brownie, cookie dough bar, spaghetti, chicken a la king soup, love the puddings I didn't think I would like lemon but it was so good! Mainly those.

I love the puddings and the wildberry yogurt drink.
For restricteds, I like all the wafer flavors and the chocolate brownie. I'm not a fan of the soups, but I get them and use them to make different recipes.

My faves: Chocolate Drink packet, Double Chocolate Brownie, Dill Pickle Zippers and my newest fave - Lemon Pudding. I seem to go through phases of what I like week to week. I pick up an extra box of packets once in a while to make sure I have a good variety so I don't get sick of anything.

My least favorites - omelettes and Cappuccino Drink - barf!

It's funny how tastes differ. I like just about everything and can doctor things I don't particularly care for so they taste good to me.

The one exception - the omelets. I cannot, for some reason, figure out any way to do them that makes them palatable for me. Other people love them, I took them all back and traded them in for something else. It's a shame too, because I love omelets! So I stick to making them for dinner with real eggs once a week.

Some of my favorites I gave up when I went soy/gluten-free

I love the chocolate pudding ( I use mix) and use it to make a spinach smoothie
I use the potato purée to make rolls and breadsticks and sometimes just to make caulimash more "potatoey" and and easy lunch
I love making zucchini muffins or pancakes from these: berry yogurt, banana pudding, lemon pudding, potato purée & sometimes chocolate pudding mix
And simple drinks: chocolate RTD makes a great hot chocolate
I also like pink lemonade, orange, and peach/mango (all more in warmer months)
I also use some alternative products

For the waffles, I use 2 egg whites (I just use the liquid type from the carton, so 1/3cup), 1/4 tsp baking powder and a dash of cinnamon. Stir that all together. Add the Banana Pudding packet and mix. It'll get really thick. I then add a little water, enough to make it a consistency that I can put in my waffle iron. Not too runny. Just a couple ounces, really. I use a Mickey Mouse waffle maker, so I get extra smiles in the morning.

I think I want to hire you as my personal chef! I am very non creative when it comes to IP and pretty much use the things as they come. For me, excitement is adding spices or flavoring to my pudding when I throw it in the blender.
But then, I have never been much of a cook. I love to bake but that is tamed right now. I also must learn to love cooking for just me since I am the only one eating this way.
So, Lisa, if you ever want to come to the home of the Seahawks, my door is open - but then it is to everyone because the house is for sale.....a new thing I will have to get used to and decide how to deal with the changes that will bring.

I've tried making zucchini muffins with the pudding and they were mushy inside, so I must've done something wrong. I like them with the Maple Oatmeal packet. They're restricted, but delicious!

I've had many flops on my way to perfecting them. Probly need to be baked longer.

I love chocolate pudding, chocolate drink mix, and white cheddar ridges. I would eat them even if I wasn't on IP.

Most mornings I start the day with the vanilla pre mix with 2 cups of spinach and 1/4cup coffee (and ice if you like) and titch of stevia. Tastes just like a Ice cap from Tim Hortin's.

I also enjoy the salt and vinager wedges, I enjoy the chicken soup (not noodle)

I enjoy the Wildberry yogurt drink.

I also make on weekends with the vanilla drink mix and strawberry pudding (or lemon) into a cake/loaf by adding 2 egg whites, baking powder and 2 tbsp. olive oil. - I mix in the WF raspberry jam. Comes out like bread/loaf. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, sometime sags, but leave it in the oven longer and it doesn't flop.
