Quick question are the chocolate and vanilla drinks that everyone enjoy the premade ones? Also, are the puddings the ones already made that everyone references? thank you

I use the premade drinks. I really like them hot in my coffee. I used to get the mix but it is higher in carbs (although not restricted), my coach suggested that if I wanted a chocolate drink more often to use the RTD.

Puddings - I use the mixes and I ad a bit of Splenda when mixing.

This is my first time on IP, and I am only on day 4.

Likes: Chocolate, Blueberry Cran, premade vanilla, Herb N Cheese Omelet and dill pickle zippers.

Strongly Dislike: White Cheese crips (yuck)
