2 questions about alternatives
 

Hey all. I just started alternatives last week and I have some questions... First, does anyone know if there are any collagen products that you can purchase through nausha or one of the alternative websites? Second, what are your favorite IP alternative products...what do you make certain you always have on hand. Your input is appreciated.

Thanks Lisa, but there's just so much info in that thread I don't have time to dig through hundreds of posts for the answers I'm looking for. That's why I posted a new thread.

I remember how hard it was to dig through all the threads and read the various forums. And unfortunately some of the items discussed are not currently available. Hopefully, I can help you out, I know how much I appreciate someone giving me advice. I am not at goal yet...but, here goes.

1. I use Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate it is available from Amazon.

2. I always have on hand the Cytosport Whey Protein shake mix (Chocolate) from Costco. I love it for hot chocolate and mixed into my coffee.
- from Nashua I order the following religiously:
-Proti-Thin Protein Bar - Peanut Butter Cup
- HealthSmart Protein Chips - Barbeque (restricted)
I have an attachment I can send you via PM that I use for determining which items on Nashua are OP.

Thank you so much for the information. I'll try the hydrolysate and look into the other items you mentioned. Also thanks for the sheet you PM'd me. I appreciate the information so much. I understand the importance of not duplicating threads, but some of the more general threads have so much information you have to dig through to get a specific question answered.
