What clinic are you going to? I am rather interested in finding a new clinic. :dizzy:

My daughter and her husband have been on IP for many months, very successfully for both. They use Dr. Sinner in Puyallup, WA. I have gone with her to her clinic and he I very gentle, very compassionate, non judgmental and supportive.

I thought about going back to a clinic then, Then I realize I am doing pretty good so far on my own.

I go to a clinic in Federal Way. It's in a chiropractors office and I meet with a coach there. I like that ALL of the staff from the office have been on IP...from the Doctor herself (lost 70 pounds) to the massage therapists, to the receptionist. They've all tried all lost weight and tried all the foods. Feel very supported there. The Doc said that she wanted everyone to do it and have success before she would endorse it. The coach is fairly new (started in Sept) but is very knowledgeable. They have some great success stories there.

That sounds nice! Puyallup is a little far for me, unfortunately.

Hi Tiger! I don't know if you remember me, but we have actually met! I could do this on my own *and* with 3fatchicks, but there are some particular foods I enjoy: chocolate drink, potato puree, rotini, wildberry yogurt. If I could just order online!!!!!

Thanks, Jendilly! FedWay is a bit closer for me. I was hoping to find something in Covington or Renton or Tukwila.

You can order online a few things... just have to find that website I used to use... been on a year long break.

Karen Anderson RN, Bellevue is my coach. I like the support that I receive. She knows her stuff. There's even a pants exchange in the office to trade in our fat pants for smaller ones

I do the alternatives but, my DH goes to Dr. Noonie in Olympia.
