Hi all! Is anyone doing the IP diet while they have implants on (Implanon/Nexplanon)? I had mine 6 months ago and since then I've gained 20lbs. Not sure if it's purely the implant but I'm worried if it might affect my IP diet, like no results?? I'm still on day 3 of the diet, so far no results.
