IP Diet while on Implanon
 
Hi all! Is anyone doing the IP diet while they have implants on (Implanon/Nexplanon)? I had mine 6 months ago and since then I've gained 20lbs. Not sure if it's purely the implant :?: but I'm worried if it might affect my IP diet, like no results?? I'm still on day 3 of the diet, so far no results. :cry:
