My coach said that I could have Vegan-Bean Free/Sugar Free canned chili. I found "Chili Man" brand canned chili that meets all these standards. Any thoughts?

I would be inclined to say make your own.

Canned chili/soups are full of sodium and I would imagine it would be too high in fat. It would also be hard to measure your tomato consumption.

I agree...part of this lifestyle change needs to be getting away from processed foods. The protein we consume while on this diet needs to be a temporary thing to get to a healthy weight...then going forward used sparingly...if necessary. Always better to DIY. It's a habit...and takes planning!
