Cracker Help

Hey,

Tried making IP crackers tonight. Not much of a success. Kind of wimpy.

Used IP plain crepe/pancake mix and mixed water until thick. Spread on pizza stone and baked. and baked some more. and turned over to see if that would help it crisp up.

so .... too much water>? too little water?

Hmmm...not sure, maybe too much water? I've only ever made crackers with the crispy cereal packet so I'm probably not much help :dizzy:
