New Jeans...From the Smaller pile in the closet
Hello:
I keep hearing that post in my head about trying the smaller sizes in your closet and check how things are going with your body. So I grabbed down this pair I've been wanting to put on for years. They went on and past my upper thigh, where all jeans stop. The surprise is I thought I would have to lay on the bed to get them closed but I didn't. They are a little loose, and my daughter says I no longer have a but. I love this feeling whatever thoughts of cheating I was having for this new years EVE are GONE.... I also got a compliment from an old co worker I use to see at the gym in the mornings when I would work out. I went this morning because I couldn't sleep and got on a treadmill and he came over and he said your weight loss is definately showing. Keep up the good work. I was able to run 2 minutes and walk 1 Minute until I made 3.2 miles. My sister wants to do a 5k in April and I started training now. :carrot: |

How wonderful for you! There's nothing like having your old clothes fit to give you the incentive to keep going. Great work.
