Everyone is out of them right now. Hoping to hear they are available again soon! I also hear they will be coming out with some new flavours. Its so great they are unrestricted!
Thanks for the info Hiker88. I love chips and I thought that this would be right up my ally especially it being unrestricted. Guess I gotta wait 😑
I have been reading tons on IP and adding exercise. Mixed reviews about exercising on IP and weight gain. Scared that I will gain weight not not continue to lose. But I have decided that tomorrow I will start 20-30min on treadmill, slow walking and then some light weights, 2-3 days a week. I really just want to make sure I don't get saggy skin. Wish me luck!! LOL
I still don't feel well and I think its because I went off plan for a couple of days. This is my 3rd day of being completely back OP and I have a headache and some nausea, low energy, etc. I feel like I have a pretty bad hangover that won't go away even though I haven't had a sip of alcohol in 2.5 months. Hopefully I'll feel better before going back to work tomorrow. It's tough dealing with demanding people at work when I'm not feeling well.
This experience of feeling sick for two days due to being off plan for close to 3 days is a real motivator for me to stay 100% OP. I've dropped the weight, but I'm still dealing with the consequences of going off plan. It's definitely not worth it to feel like crap for two days for the 20-30 minutes of pleasure of eating off plan meals. Not to mention that it's a financial set back and extends my time if being on P1.
Hopefully I'm not coming across as whiny. My intention is to remind myself and any other interested people of what happens when you go off plan and to motivate myself and others to stay OP because these consequences are not worth it!

My doctor who knows a lot about IP said walking (at a normal pace) and lifting light weights a couple times a week would actually lead to better success on the program because it builds more muscle mass which burns more fat. He did say not to overdo it. What you've outlined above is pretty much what he told me to do and I haven't done for the most part.
Good job on working this into your plan and good luck!
Sweetness: their website is Weight No Longer in Niantic, CT. Not sure if they ship? I would offer, but I am postally challenged! Made that word up in the 90s, best thing that ever happened to me was online bill pay!
Kooky, that is exactly why I have not cheated! I felt that way for two weeks at the beginning and I had TOM and my after migraine. Put fear in my soul, Lol!
Want2- heard that resistance training is better than cardio during IP.
Just made up my sub plans and called my boss. Really do not want this to go to my chest. I have issues with upper respiratory they never seem to go away easily. I am hoping my healthier body will make it better this time. Thanks for all your well wishes.
I have that fear in my soul now about cheating. I felt really bad for 3 days or so my first week, but I naively thought a few days of cheating well into the program wouldn't cause this level of pain and sickness.
Hope you get well quickly. I would think your new body would heal faster than it would have before. I'm sure the healthy foods and supplements will help too. I think it was a good call to not go in tomorrow. You'll get better faster if you rest.
It's my birthday, my birthday my birthday - and I am blessed with my health and family!
With my birthday money - I bought a new pair of runners, and a new bathing suit for my upcoming trip, and three tops and 2 pairs of pants!
Nice to have clothes that a slimming and fitted.
With a weight loss of 30lbs (and determination to lose more) I know 2014 will be a great year. I do know it is best to stick to IP 100%- it is a plan that works and cuts the craving. Cheating and extra's make it harder for yourself.
Dlr9774- Happy Birthday! Fun way to spend your birthday $$$! Being grateful for all that you have is a great way to start the next year of your life. You are on your way to an even healthier you. Congrats.

Thank you fellow October IPer's. This is a great support system blog, even just not feeling alone and seeing other people's journey is helpful. We are each doing this for and by ourselves, but reading posts does help. I had a vanilla drink powder and lemon pudding mixed and baked for my birthday cake. (there was egg white, two tablespoons milk, salt and baking soda) It was a nice unrestricted treat that I am going to make a staple in on phase one of IP.
Feel better - get some rest and stay home if u have to. We are suppose to get very cold temps on Tue in DC-could break some records and then next weekend in the 50s!!! Crazy weather!
