Frozen chicken chunks

are the Tyson frozen chicken chunks allowed in phase 1? Just for days when I'm in a hurry.

As long as they have no sugar or carbs
Plain frozen meat is allowed
enjoy
I keep a package in my freezers at all times

Since this is a commercial product..not something packaged at the local groc store..you should be able to evaluate that yourself.

Read the label...is it 100% chicken ??:?: Or just small pieces of meat? Is it infused with salt flavorings and most importantly..SUGAR or some other carbohydrate?

I took a quick look at their web site and the things they label "chicken chunks" all appear to be breaded. The label is pretty clear ...the items labeled "chunks " appear to be comprised of considerably more than pure chicken in small pieces.

Short answer..." I don't recommend that stuff....."

You are better off with the in-store packaged "chicken tenders" which are pure chicken pieces ...weigh out what you need. Freeze individual portions ahead..and sauté it. You can do that when it's still frozen and it only takes a few minutes to cook.
::soap::Read labels. It is the ONLY thing that will tell you what you are eating. Read every label. Every time.:^:

Edit: Just found a grilled product labeled chunks on their site but there is a lot of seasonings and 1 g carb/3 oz portion. I would not want to do that...but others may think it is OK..
The problem is you open yourself to making exceptions for things that are not 100 % compliant. There will be times you need to punt before the end of your journey......BUT this should not be your go to.

In the words of the wiser ...PLAN for those days. You will be better off making your own chunks ...no additives.
