Yay!!! :D

Every time I am about to get on that scale, I'm afraid of what it's gonna say. Mostly because of the success and downfalls I had while on WW; it's kind of put a scar on me to make me believe that this won't last too much longer, and I'll be back to square one. However, the whole time I've been doing IP, I have only gained once and that was .5.

Because of this past week being Christmas, and having to eat the ham that my aunt made which is not fat free, I wasn't really sure what the outcome would be. But, avoiding that dessert table paid off when I GOT ON THE SCALE THIS MORNING AND LOST 6 LBS!!! 6 MORE TO MY SECOND MINI GOAL AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THERE!!! :carrot::spin::cb::hat::dance::flow1:

Congratulations!!! I know the terror of the scale all too well. It's a really great feeling to see a big loss. Keep up the good work, you'll get to your mini goal in no time!

Congratulations! What a great feeling to have stayed on program through the holidays and then have a successful weight loss. Good luck with your next goal of below 200. You are so close!
