How much does everyone gain around their cycle? I'm just curious...

I'm up a tad (.4lbs) but this past week I've been under my calorie goals, eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, shredding and walking. My Fitbit shows improvement in activity. So... I'm guessing this small gain is menstrual as I've started. I even went to the Bronco Play off game with friends at a bar the other day and did AMAZING. I didn't drink anything but water and when the nachos and BBQ wings were being passed around I didn't grab anything! Came home and had a great healthy dinner and a long walk! And the Broncos won! YAY!

I just finished my first week on IP and lost 4 pounds. I am thrilled. I loved logging my loss into the Spring Challenge chart and watching the numbers change. Thanks for setting this up PurpleMonster.

WI Wednesday for me. When I hit my plateau my weight was bouncing around between 162-168 (162 was the lowest number I saw)
When we got home from vacation, I was 170, which added glycogen could account for
So today I was down 5
Pretty happy with that
Now I'll be able to start weekly weigh ins

Down 4.6 at today's weigh in. Yeah. I will update my ticker tomorrow (hard to do iPad). I think my total is just over 70 since starting. Wahoo.

Purple Momster/ Jo - I put my loss from today's WI and the columns didn't update. Am I missing something or could the formulas have been erased?

It looks like it's updated now. Sometimes it takes a brief time before updating - I think it depends on how many people are modifying it at the same time. It did that to me once on the first challenge I did last year - I just logged out and logged back in and it had updated.

Let me know if you continue to see that happen.

Oh and - NICE LOSS!!!

Jo

Down 1 pound, but lost 2.5 inches. It seems when I lose little pounds I lose a lot of inches.

Quick question for everyone: I know that usually the first 2 weeks of the program show great numbers for weight loss but when does that usually taper off? My 3rd weigh in is this weekend and I'm excited yet nervous. I don't want to expect too much and be disappointed!

It took me until about week 8 before it slowed down. Now the most I lost in a week has been 3.5 but for me that is really good. I am very muscular so tend to lose inches faster than pounds.
