  • Woohoo! I had a nice whoosh this week of 4.6 pounds after no movement on the scale for the last two weeks! I know it is just one point on the downward trend, but it is encouraging. Two months to lose the rest for this challenge!
  • Good job everyone this week! Looks everybody lost some! Even if it's a little it all adds up at the end! 😊
  • Have had a difficult time this week with staying OP. There has been a lot of stress at home and at work, and I found myself sometimes turning to old habits. I have to remember that I don't need to eat when I am stressed; I should only eat when I am hungry! Recommitting this week to 100% OP and looking to alternatives to relieve the stress, like exercise, a hot bath, or a book. Also gonna rely more on 3FC for support, as this is a great place to find it.

    Yes, keep coming back for support - and you always have such great posts and ideas to contribute to the rest of us as well! Coming to this board definitely helped me get back on track after a stressful holiday season when I needed motivation to be 100% again.
  • Week 2 for me on the 25 to Spring, I'm at a total of 13 lbs down!
    I hope I can keep it up! With Superbowl around the corner, I feel like a cheat day might be in sight! I plan to incorporate exercise this week to help!

    I would not plan to cheat. Instead plan how to stay on the program. There are lots of ideas on this forum.
  • Seeing some great numbers and seeing some folks haven't checked in in awhile or at all. Would it be rude of me to suggest that if you haven't weighed in at least twice by now they should be deleted from the sheet?
  • I haven't been checking in here since the challenge started but I have been updating the spreadsheet. I will check in here more often. I am down 7.2lbs for a total so far in the challenge, 17.8lbs to go!!!

    . I should clarify I meant the spreadsheet. There are several folks who haven't updated the spreadsheet at all.
  • Woot woot! 1/3 of the way into the challenge and more than 1/3 of the weight lost! Hopefully I can keep the pace up...

  • I'm a little late jumping in to this but I started January 6th so I will just put my starting weight down and work toward the 25

    January 6th: 295

    Today: 260

    March 20th: 270

    35/25 LOST -10 TO GO!

    Yay! Glad you joined on though. Never to late to start losing weight. Even if you start now it's better than not at all.

    Looks like another good week for people! It is a good time to wear something cute for Valentines Day! ❤️

  • This past week I was happy to not lose or gain.
    I visited my parents for my dad's birthday and ate way too much of my mom's food! I don't see them often enough -so it was worth the stall.
    -back on plan 100% this morning!
  • I am down .4 this week, not as much as I would like but a loss is a loss. I realized yesterday that I have not been getting my water in or measuring veggies anymore. So this week I am back to basics and making sure I am very carefull about my water and measuring everything. Hopefully I will have a good loss next week.
