I'm in awe of these changes. It amazes me how everyone's facial beauty seems to be amplified after losing weight. I've seen some beautiful women in my line of work, but to see transformations like:

Lisa, Dak1lls, and Wuv - you don't even look like the same women to me - so much younger.

Here is mine! I started IP in May 2013 and set an initial goal of 150. Now that I am close, I am thinking of lowering my goal to 130. The "before" pictures were taken when I was already down about 20 lbs. The "after" (which is really just a progress pic!) was taken yesterday at ~159.5.

I was on IP 100% for 9 months from June 2012 to March 2013. I lost 83 pounds. I took a full 4 weeks to phase off and I've kept the weight off - well most of it. Stick with it! This diet really works! When you are in maintenance you will feel wonderful. You can't go back to eating the way you ate before IP or you'll look like you looked before IP. However (big However) you CAN incorporate some of your favorite foods into your diet. Just be vigilant and have your IP foods ready so you can do a P1 day here and there.

You can do this! I did it and so can you!

BTW - you all look beautiful! One bit of advice for those who don't like to take their own pictures. Go ahead and do it! You'll really be proud of your accomplishment as you continue to lose the weight. It will mean a lot to you when you get to goal.

You look great! I can't wait to get to my goal weight! Great motivation!

Wow those pictures are so inspirational! You all look wonderful! Should all be so proud of yourselves for sticking to the plan! Keep up the great work! The pictures really help to see. They make you realize that if you work the program the right way that the outcome is great!!!! Thank you all

Wow! Everyone looks so amazing! I'm doing this on my own without a clinic, but this has inspired me to take some official before pictures. And really looking forward to the after pictures!
