Thanks Lisa. It's been a while since I last ordered from Nashua, so this was helpful to know. I just placed my order for a few things. I have been purchasing my protein powder locally, and haven't needed much since beginning maintenance. I really am excited to get some more products. I am missing the snacks and crunchy, savory unrestricted items for my P1 days following fun days.
Thanksgiving was awesome at my house. My youngest came home, for the first time this school year! My oldest son and his family were here. DD came later in the day with her BF. I cooked everyone's favorite foods and got to eat the Lefse that we made the week prior! I enjoyed some wine and good food and loved the time with my kids and grandkids.
Today I am happy to begin a week of P1. I really overdid it a bit, so I feel good eating better. It is amazing how sluggish and bloated heavier foods make me feel!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful OP day. We have freezing rain here and snow is expected tonight into tomorrow. I cancelled my travel plans, as it is not the wisest thing to be traveling these roads this week. Stay safe and warm & dry everyone!
