I just don't want to gain!
Good for you! I just love my coach too, she's very supporting too. No judging only be there for me and guiding me thru my journey.
I'm planning on fitting the gym into my schedule.
Good luck to you and congrats on the pounds lost

So I lost 6 pounds (from 256 to 250) over the first 25 days of December. But I am not crying. Any loss is a good loss!! That's 6 less pounds I am carrying around!

I hope all of you did well in this challenge too!

I lost my 10 according to my scale but I won't make it official until my WI next Friday. I'm so excited. I quit smoking this year, am (unofficially) 20 pounds down, and doubled my income. Not a bad way to start the new year. I'm really proud of doing this for myself and am really grateful to all the support I get from this site. Thank you all!

I lost 9.2lbs on this challenge, not the 10lbs I wanted to lose, but I figure it is close enough and I am happy with the loss!
Also I am very glad to hear others are taking a couple of days off to enjoy the holidays. I was feeling sooo guilty for going off plan today but feel better knowing I am not the only one. I had already planned to get back on program tomorrow, which is not my usual diet plan...once I go off a diet, even for a day I lose control and don`t get back on plan. I have been on IP for 10wks and I can slowly see my attitude and motivaton changing in positive ways, which is a GREAT thing, maybe this is the last time I will need to lose weight in my life. I need another challenge, we leave for Hawaii in 11 weeks!!! I want to lose another 20lbs by then for a total of 50lbs, seems doable to be. hope everyone had a great holiday today!!!
