I need this extra motivation! I cheated over the long holiday weekend and it really did a number on my -20 by Christmas progress! One day of cheating turned into a whole weekend of cheating. Time to get back on track and stay on track through the holidays.

Had a good day today. I ate one extra ounce of meat, but I'm not beating myself up over it :). Pretty spacey also, but hopefully that will go away in the next day or two.

New here, not sure how the challenges work. I didn't weigh in on Dec.1 and my WI was today and I am down 3lbs.:carrot: Do I count the 3lbs loss as 3lbs in the challenge or do I wait until next week WI to start counting it?

Weigh in was today.. the day after my 26th bday. Annnnd Happy Birthday to me! Down 6.5 pounds and 3 inches! ♥
