I'm back and on track! My cheat yesterday was pretty small, so hopefully it didn't set me back too far. I was up 1 pound this morning but wasn't starving all day like I thought I would be. It was pretty easy to get back on track, thank goodness.
Thank you for all the support. I thought I might come back here to a reaming, but I'm happy that didn't happen.
The rutabaga fries sound worth trying, I am scared though. I tried turnip fries last week and they were so bitter that I couldn't eat them. I also bought a jicama last week but ended up throwing it away because I had no idea how to use it. I guess I should have made fries!
Are we allowed to use the reduced sugar ketchup? The WF doesn't hit the spot yet (I know my tastes may change
