B - Chocolate shake with Coffee instead of water
L - 4oz Lean turkey patty with 2 cups romaine and WF dressing
D - 40z Lean Pork Chop with 2 cups broccoli and WF Honey BBQ sauce
S - Chocorite Peanut butter protein shake mix

IP - Phase 1


B - IP Choc/PB Bar

L - Chicken Soup, Salad with 2c cucumbers and bell peppers and 1 HB Egg, dressing of olive oil and apple cider vinegar

D - Stir fry 3 oz chicken and 3 oz beef and 2 c cauliflower rice with mushrooms.

S - Butterscotch pudding

S - 1 can green beans with a few bacon bits added for flavor
L - Pure Protein bar
D - pot roast with roasted zucchini and rutabaga tossed in
S - bbq soy nuts

Zoerba: did you find some bacon bits that were 0/0/0? I looked at the grocery store when I first started but didn't find any.

L= RTD and 2 c broccoli
S= undecided (wafers or a dark chocolate decadent bar from Nashua)
D= Baked fish w/ home made salsa, steamed green beans and salad and home made dressing

L - 2 hardboiled eggs (1 without yolk), pickles, Lettuce shake
D - Pork loin, 2C zucchini

Question. Do you eat 2c of pickles for your other 2 c veggies since the lettuce isn't included?

Yes, I eat 2 cups of pickles for my veggie. I am also picky about my pickles, I eat the Clausen ones in the refridgerated section and they are yummy. It seems like a lot of pickles. I might eat part of that for a morning snack. I don't do it very often, but I was very tired last night and needed an easy lunch. Plus, I need to switch things up a bit.

The pickle and egg almost taste like an egg salad.

P1 Reboot, Day 10 - Vegetarian, IP and Alternative mixture

B: IsoPure Zero Cookies and Cream with coffee, hard boiled egg (workout addition)
L: HealthSmart vegetable chili over romaine salad with EVOO, ACV, cucumbers
S: ProtiDiet Chocolate Pudding made into a drink
D: Tofu sauteed with zucchini and cauliflower over romaine salad with EVOO, ACV
Gym: 60 minute boot camp (which included 90 burpees and 234 on-knee push-ups!)
