    Weird. I rarely drank "hot chocolate" last winter but it's been a staple this week. I'm gonna need to stock up on the cocomint cream if this continues....

    L: Chocolate soy snacks
    S: Cocomint cream hot chocolate (thanks for the idea Lisa, love it!)
    S: 2 c spinach with oil
    D: Ground turkey, grated cauliflower

    B: 3/4 scoop IsoPure Zero Cookies and Cream with coffee
    L: Proti-Thin 'Chicken' Noodle Soup pureed with 1 c. broccoli, romaine salad with EVOO, ACV, 1 c. cucumbers
    S: HealthSmart hot chocolate
    D: Tofu and 1 c. zucchini stir fry over 1 c. cauliflower rice and romaine salad with EVOO and ACV

    Gym: Nada! Today was my day to happily sleep in (after a late night watching SOA!)

    There is a WF mayo some people use as well as a recipe in one of the recipe threads to make a "mayo". I have also used WF coleslaw or ranch dressings diluted with a little ACV to cut the sweetness and used like mayo.
