I haven't been to see a coach since December. I am still receiving the daily videos for which I am very grateful (increases the value of the cost of IP)
I was just wondering how long do they last before they start repeating themselves. I love the information and support I have received from the videos and comments on the videos.

I think it was about 5 months before the videos started repeating themselves. That reminds me, I will have to ask my coach to stop sending them!
