IP Question...

I was at the grocery store yesterday, and came across sugar free Jell-O. I bought some, but not sure if it's allowed on Phase 1, even tho there is no sugar, fat or carbs. Is it allowed during Phase 1, and if so, is it considered a restriction? I haven't had any yet...

I think that some people will have it in a pinch. But I don't know what is on the ingredient list, what sweetener they use, etc.

Its sweetened with asparatame (sp?) I bought some and didn't think to look until after I got it home :(
