Hi all,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a cruddy weigh in this morning, only down .8, and only myself to blame. It is frustrating because I need to lose 1 more lb to make it 25, and I get a mini goal prize at that, and it seems like what should have taken me a week to get there has take three, but I have not been super great about being fully OP. So here is my proclamation today- I am 100% OP this week. I will eat all three IP packets, I will eat all of my veggies, no occasional veggies, and keep my fats down!! Feels good to say it! I hope everyone else has a great OP week too.

I need Care Package Ideas plz :)
Good Monday Morning my fellow IPers!!!
I am in need of ideas for a care package for my grandma. She is in a nursing home and I did not get to see her the last 2 times I was home
SO I want to send her a small box with some things in t just for her. I am thinking some lotion, lip balm, chocolates (she is 91 and weighs like 90lbs) so I want to make it a sweet caring box for her. I have a card, pics of the kids but what else can I send for her?
I am taking any suggestions, I want to mail it tomorrow

Good Morning IPers. Had a busy weekend for me didn't get to post much. Hope everyone has a great OP week!
Sarahbell, warm fluffy socks might be good for your grandma's package. My grandpa liked us to send him music CDs to listen to or audiobooks.

Finally made it back to my coach after all the travel craziness. Somehow down 7.5 lbs, which is about 3lbs a week since last weigh in. So all is well with the world. Right on the cusp of a new decade... so I am hoping by next week I will be in the 250's. A big thank you to everyone here for just being here. I would not have made it through the travel **** and back to OP without reading about everyone else's successes.
Wishing everyone a fabulous OP day!
