Has anyone baked low carb bread? Starting P3 on Monday and want to make some low carb bread in the machine. I've found a few recipes and I am finding mixed info on Vital Wheat Gluten....... some say its the same thing as Vital Wheat Gluten Flour and some are saying they are totally different products? I cant find VWG flour anywhere just the VWG which is a flour/powder?
