Weigh in day!!!

So, I just completed my first week on IP, and am proud to say that I am down 5 lbs! Yay!!! I haven't had a chance to do my measurements yet, but will tomorrow...

Finally, something that is working for me!!! It's been so long since I found something that worked for me...

Congratultions.. I feel the same way. IP WORKS . I just weighed my second week and I am down 11,5 lbs and 12 inches ... Keep up the good work !
