Phase 3 shakes - additions?
I just decided I can't do another week of Phase 1 (only did 2 this time around but I'm miserable).
I'm going to do Phase 3 starting tomorrow. My plan is a P3 breakfast (OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!) and a Phase 3 shake for lunch, still have an IP restricted for a snack and then dinner. Haven't seen a lot of chat about the Phase 3 shakes but I quite like them. Has anyone used them and added anything to them like berries, peanut butter, etc? Just wondering for ideas rather than having them plain since they will be my lunch for a while and I want to mix things up and get some variety back in my life. |
