Syntrax Nectar?

    Quick question I bought a few samples of the syntax nectar ai have read others using it on here. Do I mix. The whole package with water? It says 0 carbs 23 g protein which seems a little high. How are you using your syntrax? TIA- Tiff

    If it is a sample pack, yup, just mix with water

    Protein is a little higher than many IP products but not off-the-charts
