I take 5000 mcg a day. But I've been taking it long before I started on IP. Just something I do so I can maintain healthy skin, hair and nails and it works. It took about 3 months to really see results, but it really made a difference.

Yeah. That is what I am taking too. Five 1000mcg pills. It seems like a lot but that was what I read to take under a hair loss forum.

My hair skin and nails formula only has 35mcg in it. JEEEZE. I take that too for the other stuff in it.

I only take one tablet. It's 5000 mcg. I'm thinking about upping it to the 10000mcg pill. Don't want to lose the hair I worked so hard to get.
