Default In a bit of a hurry - can someone give me a recipe for Taco Salad?

I saw this around somewhere, but I really want to try making taco salad tonight and I'm leaving for the grocery store shortly from work so I don't have a lot of time to dig around. Phase 1 compliant please.

And when I say recipe please include amounts and times and the method. I'm absolutely the worst cook ever and need step by step directions.

MANY THANKS!

Ok so I discovered lately the ground turkey that is pre-seasoned with Taco Seasoning it is delicious. I just put that on top of my salad sometimes add some pickles and it is so good. You can use WF dressings or some salsa if you can find one with no sugar.

I'm guessing the person who said kidney beans isn't on IP.
Also, you wouldn't want to brown onions with the meat.

Actually, the whole recipes is WRONG for IP

I just brown some ground beef. I use chili powder, cumin, garlic, onion flakes, salt, pepper to taste

chop lettuce & raw onion
Put the ground beef on top

And top it all with mockamole (see IP recipes #4)

No worries I've been around long enough to know better LOL. I'll use Lisa's version. Luckily I don't like guac so I found a sugar free salsa/taco sauce that I'll use. It has 5 cals in a TBS and 1 carb but I can live with that if it's only once or twice a week.
