Thank you for the great insight. Sadly I'm a bit obsessive so I'm not sure I can go the whole week without weighing myself. I will take your advice to heart though and keep reminding myself that there will be ups and downs.

So many great and inspiring posts today. Love it!
I've officially decided that I cannot bring myself to eat 8 full ounces of chicken in one sitting, no matter how it is cooked. It makes me uncomfortably full. Interestingly, no other protein does this to me. Anyone else have this problem?
My NSV for today is that tomorrow will be 28 days since my last glass of wine. This is a huge success for me and I'm pretty darn proud.

Just wondering is it normal to feel you didn't do your best each day? I have been 100% since I started on the 9th, but somehow feel like I've cheated. I'm only eating my 3 packets of IP and my allotted vegetables. I haven't been terribly hungry, but still obsess over food (when is my next meal? what will I eat next?, etc.). Any suggestions?

Hello all! Well it has been a challenging couple of days, lots of unexpected cooking away from home and running around. Had to make more compromises than I wanted but I managed to stay very very close to plan. I also made some great soup, similar to the golden goddess soup...but with Indian spices, super yummy. So I am taking the good with the bad.
Lisa... Your new pic is amazing! What an inspiration!!!

That comes and goes for me. I've had those days where I'm 100% (as always) and I feel like I've overeaten/cheated. It's not a physical feeling; definitely mental. I don't know where that comes from but it's weird! I'm at a place right now where I feel pretty good...no obsessions at all. So I guess what I can tell you after 134 days on this plan is that yes, it's normal, and try not to stress about it because it'll ease up for you. Oh, you're eating the supper protein, oil, and salt, yes? Just checking as you didn't mention it.
