I know that a few people have experienced some pretty bad or non-existent coaching at their IP clinics. But there are some good ones out there. To my surprise I just got a text from my coach wishing me a great trip and to come get my IP foods I have on hold. And she also gave me some tips and warned me of empty calories. That kinda made my morning, lol.

I have an amazing coach. She is available via text/phone for any of my questions, she is vastly knowledgeable about the IP program and if she doesn't know the answer she doesn't BS me, she asks IP Head Office and gets back to me. She has the IP recipe books that she shares with her clients and puts out a monthly newsletter. I attribute much of my IP success to her

same here. Started maintenance in August.. haven't been back to my clinic even though I have sent several people there. My coaches emailed me just to see how I was doing and remind me if I had any questions or concerns they were there for me.

My new one is awesome - my old one was a dud
You deserve to be happy with your coach - interview them and switch if you can!
