one last time

Good morning everyone,

I have begun again using alternatives. I was on the program 3 years ago and lost 53 pounds!! However, I went back to my old ways and gained it all back plus 35 pounds ��. Looking for support as I restart my journey. I began on September 18 and am down 14 pounds.
